If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact support within 14 days of the original purchase date and include the purchase email or invoice number.
Refund requests are generally reviewed for duplicate purchases, billing mistakes, unresolved delivery problems, technical incompatibility that cannot be resolved, or other reasonable customer issues raised within the review window.
Refunds may be refused for abuse, repeated refund requests, attempts to bypass licensing limits, or requests made far outside the stated refund window.
