Can I move my license to another Mac?
Yes. Deactivate on your current Mac to free a slot, then activate on the new one.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. Monthly and yearly license types are still available by inquiry, and lifetime remains a one-time license.
Does VAT or tax get added?
We will confirm any applicable taxes or invoice details in the inquiry reply before payment.
How do renewals and cancelation work?
Monthly and yearly license details are confirmed by email before payment. Lifetime does not renew.
Which email should I use for activation?
Use the email you submit in the inquiry form. It does not need to match your Mac or iCloud email.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Add invoice requirements in the inquiry message and we will include the details in the reply.
How do device limits work?
Each plan includes a seat limit. Monthly includes 1 seat, yearly includes 2 seats, and lifetime includes 3 seats. You can revoke an old seat from your account to move Pro to another Mac.
What if I do not receive my license email?
Contact support and we can resend your license again.
