Can I move my license to another Mac?
Yes. Deactivate on your current Mac to free a slot, then activate on the new one.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. Monthly and yearly are subscription plans billed by Stripe until canceled. Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
Does VAT or tax get added?
Yes, VAT or local taxes may be added by Stripe at checkout where applicable. The final amount is shown before payment is completed.
How do renewals and cancelation work?
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel the subscription through Stripe billing or by contacting support. Lifetime does not renew.
Which email should I use for activation?
Use the purchase email entered during checkout. It does not need to match your Mac or iCloud email.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Stripe generates the invoice or receipt for your order, and the thank-you page links to it when available.
How do device limits work?
Each plan includes a seat limit. Monthly includes 1 seat, yearly includes 2 seats, and lifetime includes 3 seats. You can revoke an old seat from your account to move Pro to another Mac.
What if I do not receive my license email?
Contact support and we can resend your license again.
