How MyBatteryKit collects, uses, and protects customer information across the website, licensing, and support flows.

We collect the information needed to sell, deliver, and support MyBatteryKit. This includes checkout details such as email address, plan, invoice data, payment status, and license records.
For license enforcement and support, we also process activation data such as seat identifier, device name, macOS version, Mac model, model identifier, chip family, activation timestamps, and license status.
We use customer information to complete purchases, create and deliver licenses, operate billing and invoicing, prevent abuse, and provide support.
We also use limited analytics and operational logs to improve product quality, reliability, and website performance.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers. Stripe may process your payment and billing information under Stripe's own terms and privacy policies.
We retain purchase, license, invoicing, and support records for as long as reasonably required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and customer support.
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the business, such as payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and error monitoring providers.
We do not sell customer personal information.
